We would always recommend your car received a minimum of an enhancement polish prior to applying any form of coating, this helps to prepare the paint, and the coating to properly bond to the paint which will make it last longer. See our paint correction options for details.
Ceramic coating care plan:
Following an application of ceramic coating, it is vital that the coating is cared for to ensure it continues to protect your car. Once a coating has been applied to your car, we provide you with all the information you need to properly maintain your car, using the best methods and products for your car.
We cannot guarantee the performance of your ceramic coating if incorrect maintenance or car washes are used.
PLEASE NOTE - All ceramic coating packages will require a non refundable and non transferable security deposit of 25% of the value of the job. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received, by bank transfer.

A. In short - yes. The number 1 cause of this is hand/automatic car washes - They tend to use very strong caustic chemicals and improper washing/drying techniques. If the incorrect products and washing techniques are used it can affect the lifespan of coatings.
